U16 Boys | Spring Season 2025
Registration is a two-part system; first beginning by registering with Raleigh Rugby, then with USA Rugby. To register with Raleigh Rugby scan our QR code or go to the website https://sportsplus.app/public/6083/program/22391.

Age Eligibility:
This division is for boys ages 15 & under as of September 1, 2024.
Practices:
- Practices will be held Mondays and Wednesdays, beginning January 13th at Knightdale Station Park, 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

- Starting on Wednesday, February 19th, weekly practices will be held at Green Rd Park, 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

Competition
- Rattlesnakes U16 Boys team will compete within North Carolina Youth Rugby Union (NCYRU) and will be complemented with friendly matches and tournament play. Matches are played on Saturdays in the Raleigh, Clayton, Southern Pines, and Charlotte area and will begin in March and conclude in mid-May. In addition to regularly scheduled league play, this team will kick off at Carolina Ruggerfest in Matthews, NC on March 1st and 2nd and travel to the Gonzaga Rugby Classic in Washington, DC on April 12th and 13th.
Registration fees: $315.00
- Raleigh Rugby registration fee is $250.00 which pays for all practice, match, tournament, and officials fees and includes a Raleigh Rugby Backpack to help you manage your rugby gear.
- USA Rugby registration additional $65.00 annually.
- Raleigh Rugby believes “everyone who wants to play, gets to play” and in “building community through the sport of rugby” and offers players partial and full scholarships for the Raleigh Rugby registration fee.
- Additional fees may apply to help support this team’s travel and events. Each family is responsible for their own travel and accommodation if necessary.
