Venom Player’s Clinic Spring 2019

Venom Scrum

The Raleigh Venom would like to invite you and your team to our sixth semi-annual Player’s Clinic on Sunday, February 24th! We began offering our skill clinics in 2016 as a way to foster player development and camaraderie among female rugby players along the east coast, and we are excited to continue the tradition this Spring! What a great way to kick off all of our Spring seasons by brushing the dust off our boots and continuing to develop our fundamentals! High school, college, and club players of all skills levels are welcome!

Fresh off of our second consecutive run to the Women’s Division I National Championship, we look forward to working with players of all skill levels on skill development (passing, rucking, and tackling technique); positional work, tactical discussion (offensive and defensive strategies), and scrimmage play. The clinic is led by our team captain and Eagle’s Pool player Chelsea Garber along with support from Venom’s most accomplished players and coaches who have been invited to play and coach on several prestigious higher level and select-side teams.
